HIRSBestLineFilter.finalise(arr, verify_overlap_consistency=False)[source]

For all sets of duplicates, select optimal one

Parameters:

  • [ndarray] (arr)

  • what (dtype with structured ndarray according to)

  • produces (the HIRS reading routine)

  • overlapping (verify_overlap_consistency [bool]. Verify that)

  • False (scanlines have consistent information. Defaults to)

  • slow. (because this can be very)

Returns:

same array but sorted and with duplicates removed; for each pair of duplicates, best alternative is chosen
